Here many of the seasonal produce comes from the estate and whilst the focus is on Sri Lankan curries, there is a thai influence to many of the dishes making it a memorable culinary experience for all.
The hotel is just 15 minutes from the beach and offers plenty of excursions such as tea walks, boat trips, temple tours and visits to the colonial Galle Fort.
