We have had the most wonderful, eye-opening and entertaining holiday, and have been so impressed by the Greaves experience, from the first moment we were greeted at the airport through to drop off a week and a half later, full of new memories. The quality of service was excellent across the board. Prompt pick-ups, with a big-smile, smooth driving and expert navigation from Ramesh and absolutely first-class guidance from Deepak, Vinod, Nadeem and Ashish in each of our city-stops. Thank you too to the Greaves ground crew, particularly Giriraj for facilitating the organisation of my last minute Ayurvedic massage request. The wifi dongle was invaluable, and the in-car tuck box and hand sanitiser were great touches that really enhanced our day-to-day travels. Thanks also of course to you too for helping us shape what turned out to be a brilliant itinerary. We would highly recommend Greaves and hope to use your services again (perhaps Kashmir one day when conditions allow).
